With over 20 years of experience as a Quality Engineering Leader and Technical Architect, I have built my career on solving complex problems and designing reliable systems for some of Canada’s largest organizations. My journey began at Carleton University, where I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering—a foundation that shaped my analytical approach to every challenge I encounter.
My expertise goes beyond understanding math; it is rooted in logic, structure, and precision. I bring these identical principles into every tutoring session. Having continuously tutored children throughout my academic career, I’ve witnessed how the right mentorship transforms a student’s confidence and academic trajectory.
I founded Arivo Arivu Tutoring to teach students a deeper, systematic way of thinking. At Arivo Arivu Tutoring, we operate on a High-Focus Pod model. Each student is placed in a consistent group of no more than 3 peers to ensure personalized mentorship and accelerated growth.

🔄 Make-Up Logic: If a session is cancelled by the tutor, it will be automatically rescheduled into one of our dedicated MAKE-UP slots.
⏱️ Pro-Tip: The 2-Minute Handover: To maximize every minute of learning, sessions conclude at :58 past the hour. We kindly ask that students arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a seamless, "engineered" transition between pods.
